    AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA TO AMEND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 573, BY CHANGING THE MINIMUM BUILDING LINE SETBACK AND FUTURE WIDTH LINE ON CHARLESTON BOULEVARD; PROVIDING OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATED THERETO; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 573 is hereby amended to read as follows: 4. Charleston Boulevard - Rancho Road: (a) From Fremont Street to Sixteenth Street, Ninety (90) feet from the center line on each side thereof. (b) From Sixteenth Street to Tenth Street, fifty (50) feet from the center line on each side thereof. (c) From Tenth Street to Main Street, ten (10) feet from the street line or fifty (50) feet from the center line on each side thereof. (d) From Main Street to the South quarter (S¼) corner of Section 33, Township 20 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B.&M., ten (10) feet from the property line or fifty (50) feet from the center line on each side thereof. (e) From the South quarter (S¼) corner of Section 33, Township 20 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B.&M., to the West City Limits, as set forth in Sections 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19, Chapter 24, Code of Las Vegas, Nevada, 1949, as amended. (f) From Rose Street (Rancho Road Portion) to Bonanza Road, as set forth in Sections l4, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19, Chapter 24, Code of Las Vegas, Nevada, 1949, as amended. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and the Master Plan of Streets and Highways shall be deemed amended to conform with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance. SECTION 3. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first reasing and adoption in the Las Vegas Review Journal, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas.
