    SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby re­pealed . SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its publication, as in the next section provided, and final passage. SECTION 5. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks im­mediately following its first reading and adoption in the Las Vegas Sun, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas. BAKER ATTEST: Mayor /s/ SHIRLEY BALLINGER City Clerk The above and foregoing ordinance was first proposed and read by title to the Board of Commissioners on the 7th day of September, 1955, and referred to the following committee composed of Commissioners Sharp and Whipple for recommendation; thereafter the said commit­tee reported favorably on said ordinance on the 19th day of October, 1955, which was the regular meeting held on the 19th day of October, 1955, and at said regular meeting held on said day, the proposed ordinance was read in full to the Board of Commissioners as first introduced and adopted by the following vote: Voting "Aye": Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and Mayor Pro Tem Whipple. Greenspun My Commission Expires Mar. 17, 1956 Notary Public in and for Clark County, Nevada ORDINANCE NO. 672 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE WARM AIR HEATING CODE OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 607, BY PROVIDING A NEW SCHEDULE OF FEES; TERM OF CERTIFICATES OF QUALIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR RENEWALS OF CERTIFI­CATES; PROVIDING OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATED THERETO; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORD­INANCE; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH: The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 1.13 of the Warm Air Heating Code, as adopted by Ordinance No. 607, is amended to read as follows: Schedule of Fees. $ .50 a. For the installation or replacement of each warm air heating appliance or heat producing equipment. b. For each warm air outlet of a warm air heating system or unit or appliance $ .25 c. For each gas piping 1 through 5 outlets 1.00 d. For each gas piping system of six (6) or more outlets, per outlet .10 e. For the installation of any unit, appliance or device supplied with water .50 f. Water distribution system or part 2.50 g. Water pipe (per foot) ½ cent h. Minimum fee for any permit 2.50 SECTION 2. Section 2.10 of the Warm Air Heating Code, as adopted by Ordinance No. 607, is amended to read as follows: Sec. 2.10—Term of Certificates of Qualification Every Warm Air Heating Certificate of Qualification shall remain in force and effect until its expira­tion date, unless cancelled or revoked. Warm Air Heating Certificates of Qualification shall expire on on December 31 of each year. SECTION 3. Section 2.11 of the Warm Air Heating Code, as adopted by Ordinance No. 607, is amended to read as follows: All Warm Air Certificates of qualification, except certificates which have been cancelled or revoked, may be renewed from year to year upon request and payment of the required fee. If a renewal of a certificate be requested and the required fee paid within thirty (30) days of expiration date of such certificate, the renewal fee shall be $5.00 for a Warm Air Heating Contractor. $2.50 for a Warm Air Heating Installer. If such renewal be requested and the required fee paid more than thirty (30) days but less than ninety (90) days after the expiration date of such certificate, the renewal fee shall be doubled. No certificate may be renewed more than ninety (90) days after the expiration date of such certificate, but in such event, a new examination will be required.
