The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first reading and adoption in the Las Vegas Sun, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Chapter 17, Code of Las Vegas, Nevada, 1949, is hereby amended by adding thereto two new sections as follows: Section 21. No business license shall be issued by the City Clerk to applicants therefore in accord - ance with Chapter 17 of the Code of Las Vegas, Nevada, 1949, unless the applicant shall have a fixed place of business within the City in a proper zone in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, and 1 actually carry on and conduct such business from the address for which the license shall have been issued. Section 22. In the event a licensee shall conduct his business at a location other than the place for which the license was issued or shall fail to conduct his business at the place for which the license was issued(or shall fail to conduct his business at the place for which the license shall have been issued), The Board of Commissioners shall revoke such license forthwith and no new license shall be issued to such licensee without approval of the Board of Commissioners first having been obtained.
