Richard Lochrie, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That he is Foreman of the LAS VEGAS MORNING SUN, a daily newspaper of general circulation, printed and published at Las Vegas, in the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the attached was continuously published in said newspaper for a period of two weeks from April 10, 1955 to April 17, 1955 inclusive, being the issues of said newspaper for the following dates, to-wit: April 10, 17, 1955. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: SECTION L. The Land Use Plan Map adopted by Section IV of Ordinance No. 378 also referred to as Sec­tion 10, Chapter 24, Code of the City of Las Vegas, 1949, is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) FROM C-1 to R-2-T: That parcel of land lying in the SW¼ of Section 22, Township 20 South, Range 6l East, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 22, thence north 01°24'55" East a distance of 50.0 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 89°51'05" East a distance of 502.50 feet to a point; thence North 02o07'36" West a distance of 165.50 feet to a point; thence South 87°52'24" West a distance of 376.30 feet to a point; thence North 02°07'36” West a distance of 820.0 feet to a point; thence South 87°52'24" West a distance of 66.04 feet to a point; thence South 01°24'55" West a distance of 967*41 feet to the true point of beginning. (c) FROM R-3 and R-4 to C-2: Lots 1 to 6, and Lots 8 to 12, Block 11, and all of Block 19, Valley View Addition. (d) FROM R-3 to C-2: All that portion of NW¼ of Section 29, T20S, R6lE, MDB&M lying easterly of US Highway 95, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning on the east line of the NW¼ of said Section 29 at a point which bears N 0°17'40" a distance of 278.95 feet from the center point of said Section 29; thence along east line of NW¼ of said Section 29, N 0°17'40" E, 738.05 feet to a point on south line of Dune Drive as shown on a plat of Twin Lakes Village Unit 5, recorded in Book 4, pages 6l and 6lA of Flats, Official Records of Clark County, Nevada; thence along south line of Dune Drive, N 89°42'20" W, 340.16 feet to a point on a circular curve whose cen­ter bears S 0°17'40" W a radial distance or 200 feet from said point on the curve; thence southwesterly along said curve, concaved to the southeast, an arc distance of 77.02 feet to a point of tangency: thence S 68°13'43" W, a 3.4l feet to a point on a circular curve, whose center bears S 21°46'17" E a radial dis­tance of 370 feet from said point on the curve; thence southwesterly along said curve, concaved to the south- west, an arc distance of 940l4 feet to a point of tangency; thence S 53°39'W, 185.83 feet to a point on the easterly line of said US Highway 95; thence along easterly line of said US Highway 95, S 36°21’E, 841.06 feet to a point on the northerly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Heers Associates of Nevada to Union Oil Company by deed recorded in the Official Records of Clark County, Nevada; thence along northerly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Union Oil Company, N 53°39'E, 183.72 feet to the point of beginning. Reserving therefrom, for public utility and drainage easement, the easterly 50 feet, and the southerly 50 feet.
