SCHELLACK____________ Subscribed and sworn to before me this 15th day of March, 1954 ________Neola Gierhart______________ Notary Public In and For Clark County, Nevada My Commission Expires April 14, 1954 ORDINANCE NO. 593 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION IV OF ORDINANCE NO. 378, REFERRED TO AS SECTION 10, CHAPTER 24, OF THE LAS VEGAS CITY CODE, 1949, BY AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN MAP ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, AND CHANGING THE ZONE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN AREAS ON THE SAID MAP. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Land Use Plan Map adopted by Section IV of Ordinance No. 378, also referred to as Section 10, Chapter 24, Code of the City of Las Vegas, 1949, is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) FROM R-1 to R-3 Lots 31 and 32, Block 23 of South Addition, and a portion of Block "A" Wardie Additon, which is situated on the Southwest comer of 6th Street and Clark Avenue. (b) FROM R-3 to R-4 Lots 9, 10 and 11 of Ladds Addition to the City of Las Vegas. (c) FROM R-3 to C-2 Lots 7 and 8 and the North 70 feet of Lot 9, Block 22, HFM&N Addition located on the Southwest comer of Van Buren and "F" Streets. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final reading and adoption, and final publication as in the next section provided. SECTION 4. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately fol­lowing its first reading and adoption in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas.
