WHEREAS, said plan is now in a condition to be adopted; and WHEREAS, all of the requirements of the City Ordinances and Sections 5063.09 and 5063.10, N.C.L. 1931 - 1941 Supplement, as amended, have been complied with and the said Board of Commissioners expressly so finds that said compliance has been made; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That certain map entitled "Master Plan of Land Use, 1953 Revision, City of Las Vegas together with the descriptions, boundaries, notations, references, dimensions, designations and other in­formation shown thereon, which is now on file in the Council Chambers of the City Hall is hereby adopted by reference as the Land Use Plan for the City of Las Vegas as fully as if set forth in full in this Ordin­ance. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances, together with any other Land Use Flan Maps heretofore in use Within the City of Las Vegas are hereby repealed and are null and void. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final reading and adoption, and final publication as in the next section provided. SECTION 4. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first reading and adoption in the Las Vegas Sun, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas.
