This property is south of New York Avenue between the Truck Highway and West of the boundary of Meadows Addition. (E) From R-4 to C-1 Lots 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, Block 21, Clarks Las Vegas Townsite, located at the Southwest corner of 3rd and Bridger Streets. A portion of the NE¼ NE¼ Section 4, Township 21 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B.&M. Generally described as being located on the West Side of Clos Road which runs South from Charleston Boulevard. (F) From R-E to R-1 A portion of the SE¼ SE¼ Sec. 32, T 20 S, R 61 E. This property located between a point 290 feet North of Charleston Boulevard, to the South line of Palomino Lane and Southwesterly of Rancho Road. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final reading and adoption, and final publication as in the next section provided. SECTION 4. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first reading and adoption in the Las Vegas Review Journal, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas. s/ C.
