The above and foregoing Ordinance was proposed, read aloud for the first time and voted upon at a recessed regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners on the 7th day of December, 1943. Cragin Voting no: None Absent: None The above ordinance was read the second time and passed by unanimous consent as an emergency ordinance on the 7th day of December, 1943. COUNTY OF CLARK) Dick Lochrie, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That he is foreman of the Las Vegas Evening Review Journal, a daily newspaper, of general circulation, printed and published at Las Vegas, in the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the attached was continuously published in said newspaper for a period of two times from December 8, 1943 to December 15. 1945 inclusive: being the issues of said newspaper for the following dates, to-wit: December 8 and 15, 1945 That said newspaper was regularly issued and circulated on each of the dates above named. /s/ Dick Lochrie_______ Subscribed and sworn to before me this 15th day of December , 1945. /s/ A.
