Commissioner Whipple moved Regular Payroll Warrants Nos. 44900 to 45458, in the net amount of $84,184.80, for the pay period January 1 - January 15, 1960, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Elwell, Fountain, Whipple and His Honor, Mayor Gragson, voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Fountain moved Service & Material Warrants Nos. 4o83 to 4291 in the net amount of $138,504.77 be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Elwell, Fountain, Whipple and His Honor, Mayor Gragson, voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Fountain moved the minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 6, 1960, be approved by reference and the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the same.
