ORDINANCE NO. 812 An Ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SUBSECTION 13A OF SECTION 3 OF Planning & Zoning ORDINANCE NO. 760, BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF HOTEL ROOMS REQUIRED FOR SERVICE BAR, TAVERN OR COCKTAIL LOUNGE FROM 50 ROOMS TO 100 ROOMS; PROVIDING PENALTIES Ord.
