CIGARETTE VENDING The Commission considered the application of Ralph T. Warne for a Cigarette Vending OPERATOR LICENSE Operator License at the Ralph T. Warne Vending Machine Company, 8 E. Charleston. George Dickerson, Attorney, spoke on behalf of his partner Charles Miles, and Ralph T. Warne presented the Commission with a number of affidavits which had been prepared in Vending Mach. Co. regard to the applicant, Ralph T. Warne, by people he had been associated with in the past attesting to his honesty and diligence. 9-16-59
