No Bid Clark County Wholesale $ 8,891.21 (Special equip, add $315.00) Clark County Wholesale $ 8,711.00 A gentleman from the audience explained that the lower bid of Clark County Wholesale met all the specifications and that the higher bid included some items that were not asked for. Commissioner Fountain moved that the foregoing bids be referred to the City Manager and Director of Public Works for recommendation. Motion seconded by Commissioner Elwell and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Elwell, Fountain and His Honor Acting Mayor Pro Tem Sharp voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor C. D.
