Baker and Mayor Pro Tem Reed Whipple. ANNEXATION PETITION Planning Director Franklin Bills presented the petition of T-J Enterprises, T. K. T-J Enterprises Wong, President, for the annexation of approximately 120 acres generally located on (A-1-59) the south side of San Francisco west of Rancho Road and legally described as the W½, NE¼, NE¼, NE¼ and that portion of the SE¼, NE¼ lying west of the proposed Inter- Abeyance state Freeway, Section 8, T 21 S, R 61 E. Mr. Bills stated that this was the first time annexation of property south of San Francisco Avenue had been considered. He added that the drainage, sewers, fire and police protection had been checked and that this area was closer to downtown Las Vegas than some of the other tracts. 6-17-59
