    MINUTES Commissioner Fountain moved the Minutes of July 16, 195S be approved by reference and the Mayor and Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple passed his vote. CHARITABLE SOLICITATION Commissioner Sharp moved the application of the American Association of University PERMITS Women for a permit for Charitable Solicitation, as approved by the Solicitations Review Board be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the permit. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Sharp moved the application of the Municipal Baseball Federation for a permit for Charitable Solicitation be approved, subject to approval from the Solicitations Review Board, and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the permit when approval has been secured. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. GAMING LICENSES Commissioner Fountain moved the following new applications for gaming licenses be New approved, and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the licenses: CITY CENTER MOTEL J. GAMING LICENSE Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Moe Taub for a license for one Sportsbook New at the Paddock Race Book, 124 South 1st Street be approved, and the Supervisor of License Paddock Race Book and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Venneman and Ralph Holtschlag Change of Owner for license for 2 slot machines at the Dan-Dee Bar, 203 North 1st Street, formerly issued Dan-Dee Bar to Mollie Fitzpatrick, be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR LICENSE Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Frank J. Venneman and Ralph Holtschlag Change of Owner for the tavern liquor license at the Dan-Dee Bar, 203 North 1st Street, formerly issued Dan-Dee Bar to Mollie Fitzpatrick, be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR LICENSE The Commission considered the application of Robert, Rudolph and Margaret Faiman for a New package liquor license at Faiman's Village Market, 1000 Tonopah Highway. Caiman's Village Market City Manager Kennedy explained that there was already an existing package liquor store in this shopping center. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Robert, Rudolph and Margaret Faiman for a package liquor license at Faiman's Village Market, 1000 Tonopah Highway be denied. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR LICENSE Commissioner Sharp moved the application of Morris Johnson for 25% interest in the Addn'l Partner Restaurant Beverage liquor license of Hamburger Heaven, 1215 "E" Street, presently issued Hamburger Heaven to E. C. Christian, be approved, and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR LICENSE Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Margaret Faiman for addition to the Retail Addn'l Partner Beverage liquor license of the Faiman's Village Market, 1000 Tonopah Highway, presently Faiman's Market issued to Robert add Rudolph Faiman, be approved, and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. 8-6-58
