RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED On motion of Commissioner Harris P. Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Reed Whipple, and carried unanimously, the following Resolution is adopted, and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 20 day of November, 1957; by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 14 day of November, 1957; executed by William L. Meikle and Grace Louise Meikle to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. Noble Lane Consideration was given to the deed from L.R. and Lucia Harris for 40 feet of " right-of-way on Bonanza Road, and two deeds for 40 feet of right-of-way on Noble Lane. On motion of Commissioner Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED On motion of Commissioner Harris P. Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Reed Whipple, and carried unanimously, the following Resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 20 day of November, 1957; by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 13 day of November, 1957; executed by L.R. Harris and Lucia Harris to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of streets; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. At this time the Board considered a deed from Robert M. Callister for 40 feet of right-of-way on Noble Lane. On motion of Commissioner Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried unanimously, the following resolution was adopted and order made: RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED On motion of Commissioner Reed Whipple, duly seconded by Commissioner Wendell Bunker, and carried unanimously, the following Resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 20 day of November, 1957; by the Board of Commissioners / of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of November, that the deed, dated the 8 day of November, 1957, executed by Robert M. Callister to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. Consideration was given to the deed from Richard D. and Marjorie M. Holmberg for 40 feet of right-of-way on Noble Lane. Holmberg to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. The Commission considered the deed from Pete and Norma Green for 40 feet of right- of-way on Noble Lane.
