Kennedy City Clerk Shirley Lodwick Absent: City Attorney Howard W. Cannon Commissioner Whipple moved the application of L. L. Hezzelwood, J. K. Houssels, Sr., Milton Page, James Young and the Estate of P. J. Goumond dba Boulder Club Partnership Second Operation for a gaming license for 104 slots, 3 Craps, 5 "21", 1 Roulette, 1 Faro, 1 Bridge, 2 Pan and 3 Poker be approved subject to approval of the State Tax Commission; and the application of this partnership for a Tavern liquor license at 118 Fremont Street be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before this special meeting, the meeting adjourned at the hour of 4:20 P.M.
