Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Sharp moved that James Snowden be granted a package liquor license at 607 Van Buren subject to the approval of the Building, Fire and Health Departments and the posting of the required fees; further that this license will not be transferable to any other person. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple passed his vote. At this time Laura Richards presented an application for a package liquor license. Commissioner Bunker moved this application be denied. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple passed his vote because of lack of determination as to whether there are any liquor licenses available. The City Manager requested to bring in a report at the next meeting as to the determination of the availability of package liquor licenses. There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Sharp moved this meeting adjourn.
