D. Baker Commissioner Wendell Bunker Commissioner E. W. Fountain Commissioner Harris P. Sharp City Clerk Shirley Ballinger Absent: Commissioner Reed Whipple City Attorney Howard W. Cannon City Manager George Rounthwaite Asst. City Manager Robert W. Notti Commissioner Sharp moved that Police Chief A. H. Kennedy be appointed as Acting City Manager during the time that Manager George H. Rounthwaite is on vacation, which commences June 13 to July 1, 1955, at a salary to be fixed by the Board. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Whipple. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, Commissioner Sharp moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
