CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING Date: May 25, 1955 TO; SHIRLEY BALLINGER, City Clerk Las Vegas, Nevada A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada is hereby called to be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, on the 25th day of May, 1955, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. to consider the following matters: 1. Public Hearing on the application of the Jewish Community Center of Las Vegas, Inc. for a use permit to construct and maintain a Synagogue, Assembly Hall and Sunday School classrooms on a five acre parcel located adjacent to South 15th and Bracken Streets. U-12-55 referred by Board of Adjustment. 2. Request to move a house from 307 Madison to the SW comer of I and Monroe. 3. Request for permission to hire an architect for alterations to Police Department. 4. Request for permission to construct a road to sewer plant. s/ C. D.
