CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING Date: December 20, 1954 TO: SHIRLEY BALLINGER, City Clerk Las Vegas, Nevada A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada is hereby called to be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, on the 20th day of December, 1954, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. to consider the following matters: 1. PUBLIC HEARINGS: a) Vacation of a portion of North 1st Street in Blocks 2 and 3, Sunset Park b) Vacation of the alley in Block 3, Church Addition. c) Use Permit application of George Heyer for shopping center on Bonanza & Rancho Rds. 2. Mr. L. L. Snyder will be present to show cause why his license at 300 W. Bonanza should not be revoked. The Health Department has revoked his Health Certificate. 3. Plans for the Westside Recreation Center by J.M. Weller. 4. Payroll Warrants. 5. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT: a) Final map of Sunset Manor. b) Additions to sewer contract with George Miller. c) Final map of Glen Heather Estates. d) Requests for House Moving: 1) 201 North 6th to 1204 Cunningham 2) 1100 Block on D to 713 Madison 6.
