    HOUSE MOVING 407 Madison Sidewalks on 5th St. CIVIL SERVICE Meritorious Increases LIQUOR APPLICATIONS 4th Qtr, 1954 Change of Ownership BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. At this time the Board considered the request to move a house from 407 Madison Street to the north side of Jackson Street, second lot from "H" Street. Commissioner Whipple moved this request be denied. Seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There was no action taken on the sidewalks of 5th Street. The Board requested that a check be made on George Kyle's increase. Commissioner Sharp moved that the Civil Service recommendations for meritorious increases be approved with the exception of George Kyle, effective October 16. 1954.
