PROPOSED ORDINANCE Warm Air Heating Code BOARD OF APPEALS BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT At this time the proposed ordinance on the Warm Air Heating Code entitled: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY, AND THE EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION, LICENSING OF PERSONS ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS OF WARM AIR HEATING, OR BALORING AT THE TRADE AS A WARM AIR HEATING INSTALLER REQUIRING A PERMIT FOR THE INSTALLATION OR ALTERATION OF WARM AIR HEATING APPLIANCES, AND WARM AIR HEATING APPLIANCES, AND WARM AIR HEATING SYSTEMS; CREATING AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE AND A BOARD OF WARM AIR HEATING EXAMINERS, AND PRESCRIBING THEIR DUTIES; DEFINING CERTAIN TERMS; ESTABLISHING MINIMUM REGULATIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION, ALTERATION OR REPAIR OF WARM AIR HEATING APPLIANCES, AND WARM AIR HEATING SYSTEMS AND THE INSPECTION THEREOF, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR ITS VIOLATION AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES, was read by title to the Board and referred to Commissioners Jarrett and Whipple for study and recommendation. Commissioner Sharp moved to accept the resignation of John Replogle from the Board of Appeals. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Jarrett moved to appoint Mr. Ewalt Anderson to serve on the Board of Appeals as a structural engineer. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved to appoint Mr. Robert Schmutzer to serve on the Board of Zoning Adjustment. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved that John Replogle and Ernie Schroer be appointed to serve on the Board of Zoning Adjustment. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before this meeting, Commissioner Whipple moved this meeting adjourn.
