GALL OF SPECIAL MEETING May 29, 1953 TO: SHIRLEY BALLINGER, City Clerk Las Vegas, Nevada A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas is hereby called to be held in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, on the 29th day of May, 1953, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. to consider the following matters: 1. Public Hearings: a) REZONINGS 1. FROM R-3 to R-4 - Lots 1 to 3, Block 3, South 5th Street Tract No. 1, Generally located at the southwest comer of St. Louis Street and Paradise Valley Road. 2. FROM R-3 to R-4 — Lot 14, Block 9 of the Boulder Addition; generally located on South 2nd Street between Colorado and Imperial Avenues. 3. FROM R-3 to R-4 - Portions of Blks 2, 4 5, 6, 10, 11, Meadows Addition and all of Blocks 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and unnumbered lots and blocks lying north b) VARIANCE APPLICATIONS (Denied by the Planning Commission and said denial appealed by the applicant.) 1.
