Richards, Municipal Judge for $175.00 expenses to attend the annual Traffic Court Conference at Berkeley, California, February 2 to 6, 1953 be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved the request of the City Attorney for $150.00 expenses for his Assistant to attend Traffic Court Conference in Berkeley, California, February 2 to 6, 1953, be approved provided Mr. Cannon does not have to attend the CAB hearing in Washington. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple, and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Jarrett moved the request of Young & Smith Construction Co. for payment for extra work on Assessment District No. 100-16 in the total amount of #18,381.01 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign the warrant when prepared. The re quest of Mr. Ralph Lowe to maintain a Kiddy Amusement Center on the corner of 12th & Fremont Street was referred to the City Manager for investigation.
