    212 ELKO ROOMS BEL AIR SUBDIVISION Commissioner Peccole returned to the meeting at this time. Commissioner Whipple moved that pursuant to information furnished the Board the property known as the Elko Rooms, 116 South 1st Street, be declared a nuisance and the Building Inspector authorized to proceed to abate the same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before this Board at this time, Commissioner Bunker moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote; Commissioner Bunker, Peccole, and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Jarrett and Whipple Commissioner Jarrett attended the meeting at this time
