    157 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 100-17 Partial Payment Commissioner Whipple moved the request of J.M. Murphy Construction Co. for partial payment on Assessment District No. 100-17 in the total amount of $12,506.90 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign the warrant when prepared Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote;Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple, and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. GaRAGE & RESTROOM contract Final payment Commissioner Bunker moved the request of Ben 0. Davey for final payment on the Garage and Restrooms in the City Park in the total amount of $1,983.30 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign the warrant when prepared. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote;Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 100-2 Final Payment Commissioner Peccole moved the final payment to Wells Cargo Inc. on Assessment District No. 100-2 be deferred until the City Engineer has made another inspection of this District. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote;Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye, noes, none. Sa N FRANCISCO STReeT Se WER Partial Payment Commissioner Peccole moved the request of Wells Cargo Inc. for partial payment on the San Francisco Street Sewer Project in the total amount of $5,306.67 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign the warrant when prepared. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. DESeRT snaCk BAR Restaurant Beverage License Commissioner Whipple moved that the Restaurant Beverage license of Fred and Georgana Broadbent at the Desert Snack Bar, 222 North Main Street be reinstated since they have complied with the requirements of the Ordinance and become registered voters. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. PETITION FOR VACATION OF STREET Commissioner Peccole moved the petition for the vacation of a portion of H Street be referred to the Planning Commission for recommendation. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. At the hour of 9:45 P.M. the Meeting recessed. The meeting reconvened at the hour of 10;30 P.M. with all members present as of the opening session. PROPOSED ORDINANCE Liquor Commissioners Bunker and Whipple, committee for recommendation on the proposed amendment to the liquor ordinance reported unfavorably at this time. Commissioner Whipple moved the proposed amendment to the liquor ordinance be removed from the agenda. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR APPLICATION Change of Owner Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Ronald C. McGarry, Charleston Inn, 17 W. Charleston for a Restaurant Beverage license be approved subject to a favorable investigation by the Police Department. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. ADDITION OF PARTNERSCommissioner Bunker moved the request of Joe Schramm to add the name of Stanley P. Resler to the Tavern Liquor License for Duffy's Tavern, 1815 South 5th Street be approved subject to a favorable investigation by the Police Department. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote;Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
