Addition of Name Commissioner Bunker moved the application of John Harrell and Marie Evans Harrell, Keyhole Bar, 13 Fremont for license for 5 slot machines for the third quarter of 1952, being an addition of the name of Marie Evans Harrell, be approved subject to investigation by the Police Department. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following votes Commissioners Bun­ker, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absents Commissioners Jarrett and Peccole. Deletion of Partner Commissioner Bunker moved the following applications for gaming license for the third quarter of 1952, being a deletion of a partner, be approved: DUFFY’S TAVERN Joe Schramm 18l5 South 5th 6 slots (Delete name of Harry Farnow) THRIFTY LIQUOR & GRILL INC. First Nat’l Bank 28 Fremont 5 slots Trustee Est. of Ethel Rapoport, & Thrifty Liquor Inc. (Delete name of Dave Wolzinger) New LIQUOR APPLICATIONS New Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bun­ker, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Norman Khoury, Club Savoy, 116 Fremont for license for 54 slot machines for the 3rd quarter of 1952 be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bun­ker, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Jarrett and Peccole. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Sam Cohen, Tivoli Turf, 126 North 1st Street for license for 1 Race Horse Book for the third quarter of 1952 be denied. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bun­ker, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Jarrett and Peccole.
