The City Clerk answered there had been no objections filed in her office prior to said meeting. The Mayor then publicly asked if anyone desired to make any objection, suggestion or comment, or raise any question concerning said special assessment roll. No such objection, suggestion, comment or question was made or raised. The Mayor thereupon publicly announced that no objection, suggestion, comment or question had been made or raised, written or otherwise by any party in interest, or otherwise, to the said special assess-ment roll. Commissioner Peccole moved the foregoing Assessment Roll No. 21-1952 covering assessments in Assess­ment District No. 100-17 as revised and corrected, be approved and confirmed, and the City Comptroller authorized to notify those persons appearing on this roll that they have one week in which to pay this assessment in cash. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. TRAFFIC CONFERENCE Commissioner Whipple moved the City send a representative to Portland, Oregon for the conference on traffic problems to be held June 23 and 24, 1952. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time Commissioner Whipple moved this meeting adjourn.
