    USE PERMIT - At this time the recommendation of the Regional Plaining Commission dated November Orville Bell 13, 1951 concerning the request of Orville Bell for a use permit to allow the ex- Biltmore Addn isting apartments located on Lots 1 to 16, Block 1, Biltmore Addition Annex No. 3 Annex #3 to be used as a motel was presented to the Board for their consideration. Commissioner Peccole moved the recommendation of the Regional planning Commission that Mr. Orville Bell be granted a use permit in order that Lots 1 to 16, Block 1 Biltmore Addition Annex No. 3 might be used as a motel be approved, subject to the condition that sufficient off-street parking be provided for all cars of the motel patrons. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before this special meeting Commissioner Peccole moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Payroll Warrants s/ C. D. Baker C. D. Baker, Mayor NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO: C. D. BAKER, Mayor and to WENDELL BUNKER, REX A. JARRETT, WILLIAM PECCOLE, REED WHIPPLE, Commissioners, and C. W. SHELLEY, City Manager, HOWARD W. CANNON, City Attorney of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada. You and each of you will please take notice that pursuant to a call this day issued by Mayor Baker, a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, will be held in the Mayor’s Office at the City Hall, 5th and Stewart, on the 19th day of November, 1951 at the hour of 7:30 P.M. to con­sider the following matters: 1. Cannon Commissioner Wendell Bunker City Clerk Shirley Ballinger Commissioner Reed Whipple Absent: Commissioner William Peccole City Manager C. W. Shelley PAYROLL WARRANTS Commissioner Whipple moved Payroll Warrants Nos. 1247 to 1251 inclusive in the net amount of $30,228.86 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole.
