hereinafter mentioned portion of the City of Las Vegas, and hereinafter mentioned portion of the City of Las Vegas, and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners are desirous that the citizens this area be supplied with adequate sanitary sewer facilities, and WHEREAS, it appears that the sanitary sewers should be installed in and along the following described street, to-wit: On North 11th Street from a point 130,00 feet north of the center line of Bonanza Road, north 1094 feet to an existing manhole on Norman Avenue; all of the above described area lying wholly within the Stewart Addition. NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of November, 1951, that the City Engineer be and is hereby directed to prepare plats, diagrams and estimate of cost for the installation of a sanitary sewer system in and along the following described street, to-wit: On North 11th Street from a point 130.00 feet north of the center line of Bonanza Road, north 1094 feet to an existing manhole on Norman Avenue; all of the above described area lying wholly within the Stewart Addition. Zoning Amendment 378, ALSO REFERRED TO AS CHAPTER 24 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, 1949, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMISSION.
