    hereinafter mentioned portion of the City of Las Vegas, and hereinafter mentioned portion of the City of Las Vegas, and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners are desirous that the citizens this area be supplied with adequate sanitary sewer facilities, and WHEREAS, it appears that the sanitary sewers should be installed in and along the following described street, to-wit: On North 11th Street from a point 130,00 feet north of the center line of Bonanza Road, north 1094 feet to an existing man­hole on Norman Avenue; all of the above de­scribed area lying wholly within the Stewart Addition. NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of November, 1951, that the City Engineer be and is hereby directed to prepare plats, diagrams and estimate of cost for the installation of a sanitary sewer system in and along the following described street, to-wit: On North 11th Street from a point 130.00 feet north of the center line of Bonanza Road, north 1094 feet to an existing man­hole on Norman Avenue; all of the above described area lying wholly within the Stewart Addition. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. PROPOSED ORDINANCE Commissioners Jarrett and Whipple, committee for recommendation on the Traffic Amendment proposed ordinance amending the Traffics Ordinance, requested additional time before reporting. PROPOSED ORDINANCE- An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 21 OF ORDINANCE NO. Zoning Amendment 378, ALSO REFERRED TO AS CHAPTER 24 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, 1949, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMISSION. OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, ESTABLISHING A LAND USE PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, ESTABLISHING A LAND USE PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CREATING ELEVEN(11) DISTRICTS, REGULATING AND RESTRICTING: THE USE OF LAND, THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES; THE HEIGHTS AND BULK OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES; THE PROVISION OF OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AND AIR; THE INTENSITY OF SUCH USES AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION; ESTAB­LISHING BUILDING SETBACK LINES; ADOPTING A MAP OF SUCH DISTRICTS; DEFINING THE TERMS USED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR THE ADJUSTMENT AND AMENDMENT THEREOF; REQUIRING THAT CERTAIN PERMITS SHALL BE SECURED FOR SUCH BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS AND FOR THE USE THEREOF, AND OF LANDS; REQUIRING CERTAIN FEES; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH", AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, was read by title and referred to Commissioners Bunker and Jarrett for recommendation. PROPOSED ORDINANCE An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. Minor Ordinance 29, ALSO REFERRED TO AS SECTION 1, CHAPTER 20 OF THE LAS VEGAS CITY CODE Amendment ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT MINORS FROM FREQUENTING SALOONS AND DISREPUTABLE PUCES" BY PROVIDING THAT A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS SHALL ROT CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON PREMISES; BY PROVIDING IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS TO REPRESENT THAT HE IS OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING OR OBTAINING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; BY PROHIBITING THE POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN A PUBLIC PUCE BY A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS EXCEPT IN CERTAIN INSTANCES; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE­WITH, was read by title and referred to Commissioners Jarrett and Peccole for recommendation. PROPOSED ORDINANCE— An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 460 ENTITLED Subdivision Inspection "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE REQUIRING SUBDIVIDERS TO PAY TO THE CITY OF US Fee Ordinance VEGAS, FEES FOR THE INSPECTION BY THE CITY ENGINEER OF SUBDIVISION CONSTRUCTION AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF AND REQUIRING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE INSPECTIONS"; AND REQUIRING SUBDIVIDERS TO PAY TO THE CITY OF US VEGAS, FEES FOR THE INSPECTION BY THE CITY ENGINEER OF SUBDIVISION CONSTRUCTION, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF AND REQUIRING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE INSPECTIONS; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, was read by title and referred to Commissioners Bunker and Whipple for recommendation.
