ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Commissioner Peccole moved that Dr. Kraus' name be deleted from the No. 200-2 assessment roll on Assessment District No. 200-2, and the Assessor and Tax Collector be notified of this fact. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following votes Commissioners Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. ELKS CLUB OIL At this time the report of the City Manager on the reported 2½ carloads of road oil due the Elks Club was presented to the Board. Commissioner 'Whipple moved this matter be held over until next meeting on July 18, 1951 and the Elies Club be requested to send a representative. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, None. Absent: Commissioner Bunker.
