Following Resolution inadvertently omitted from the Minutes of July 5j 1901 on Page 394. RESOLUTION WHEREAS, certain streets and portions of streets in the City of Las Vegas are without adequate street improvements; and WHEREAS, numerous oral requests have been made that these streets and portions of streets be improved; and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners are desirous that the streets and portions of streets hereinafter described be improved; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of July, 1901, that the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk, plats, diagrams, plans of the work and the locality to be improved, together with the estimates of cost for constructing oil bound gravel pavement and concrete curbs and gutters and concrete valley gutters wherever needed on the following described streets and portions of streets, to-wit: First Street from 20.50 feet North of the South property line of Garces Avenue to 15.00 feet South of the North property line of Boulder Avenue: Second, Third and Fourth Streets from 20.50 feet North of the South property line of Garces Avenue to 15.00 feet South of the North property line of Charleston Boulevard; Gass and Hoover Avenues from 8.00 feet East of the West prop- perty line of Fifth Street to the East property line of Main Street; Coolidge Avenue from 15,00 feet East of the West property line of Fourth Street to the East property line of Main Street; Boulder Avenue from 15,00 feet East if the West property line of Second Street to the East property line of Main Street, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of July, 1951.
