    Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR APPLICATIONS Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Philip L. Rizzo, Rizzo’s Restaurant, 1735 South $th Street for a Restaurant Beverage license be approved pending favorable investigation by the Police Department. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole .and carried by the following vote: Commissi oners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple .moved the application of Pearl B. Keller, Pearl’s Restaurant 1039 South Main for a Restaurant Beverage license be granted subject to favorable investigation by the Police Department and provided Mrs. Keller becomes a registered voter. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Peccole moved the application of the Nevada Beverage Inc. 719 North Main for a Wholesale Liquor and Importers Beverage license indicating a change of officers of the corporation be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. GAMING APPLICATIONS At this time the following applications for renewal of gaming licenses for Renewals the second quarter of 1951 were presented to the Board for their consideration: BRAVO MARKET Frank Lancaster 410 Morgan 2 slots CLUB CAFE H. New Location Commissioner Moore moved the following applications for gaming licenses for the 2nd quarter of 1951 be granted: NEW VEGAS LANES O. W. Glenn 121 South 2nd 2 slots WESTERN LIQUOR STORE O. W. Glenn 6 E. Charleston 1 slot Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Change of Operator Commissioner Whipple moved the application for gaming license of C. C. McGovern, The Spot Cafe, 1418 South 5th Street for two slot machines for the second Quarter of 1951 be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. BUSINESS LICENSE Commissioner Peccole moved that Mr. Sam Bierman be granted a general business license in order that he might sell custom tailored suits. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye ; noes, none. RIGHT OF WAY — Commissioner Bunker moved the City. Attorney be authorized to commence condemnation l5th & Stewart proceedings in order to obtain right of way of the southeast corner of l5th and Stewart Streets. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following votes Commissioner Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye noes, none.
