Commissioner Moore moved the application of the First National Bank as Executors of the Estate of David Winston for a Retail Beverage license for the Westside Cafe, 322 Madison for 1951 be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. GAMING APPLICATION Commissioner Moore moved the application of Sam and Anne Taylor, Organ Melody Inn, Change of Name 111 North 1st Street for a Tavern Liquor license for 1951 be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye, noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. OFF STREET PARKING Commissioner Bunker moved a delegation from the Retail Merchants Association and the Chamber of Commerce be invited to meet with the Board to discuss the problem of off street parking. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time Commissioner Bunker moved this meeting adjourn.
