MINUTES Commissioner Peccole moved the minutes of January 24 and 25, 1951 be approved by re- ference and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. SERVICE & MATERIAL Commissioner Peccole moved that Service and Material Warrants Nos. 2049 to 2052 inclusive WARRANTS in the total amount of $87,881.61 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. BEVERLY GREEN - Commissioner Moore moved the final maps on Beverly Green Subdivision, Tract Nos. 1 and 2 Tract Nos. 1 & 2 be referred back to the Planning Commission. REGIONAL PLANNING Commissioner Bunker moved the City Attorney be instructed to prepare an ordinance creating COMMISSION a twelve man Regional Planning Commission with North Las Vegas and Clark County, representation on said Board to be five from the County, five from the City of Las Vegas and two from North Las Vegas. Also that provision be made in said ordinance that if any member misses three consecutive meetings he is automatically dropped from the Board. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. SOUTHRIDGE TRACT #3 Commissioner Moore moved that pursuant to the recommendation of the Planning Commission Final Map the final map of Southridge Tract No. 3 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk author- ized to sign same. CHARTER CHANGES A letter from the Las Vegas City Employees Protective and Benefit Association dated January 29, 1951 regarding proposed changes in the Civil Service Act was read to the Board. Commissioner Moore moved this letter be ordered filed. REDUCTION OF Commissioner Bunker moved the request of Roy Chesnut, representative of the Fuller Brush SOLICITORS LICENSE Company for reduction of the Solicitors license fee be referred to the City Manager for investigation and report.
