Absent: Mayor Cragin LAS VEGAS RACE TRACK Commissioner Peccole moved the application of the Las Vegas Race Track City Sewer to hook into the City sewer be referred to the City Manager and City Engineer for report. NEVADA BAR - Liquor At this time the letter from Patsy Malpede, Nevada Bar notifying the Board License of the death of his partner Joseph Bortoli was read to the Board. Commissioner Moore moved that Mr. Malpeded be allowed to carry on his Business and the license issued in his name and the Estate of Joseph Bortolli until the estate has been settled. Motion seconded by Commissioned Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. RINGSIDE LIQUOR STORE Commissioner Moore moved the request of Richard L. Russell, Ringside Liquor Request to move Liquor Store to moved from 123 North 2nd Street to 1735 South 5th Street be denied. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Commissioner Peccole moved that the partial payment to Wells Cargo, Inc. No. 200-2 in the amount of $5,469.30 on Assessment District No. 200-2, West Charleston Partial Payment Boulevard Sewer, be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign the warrant when drawn. REGIONAL PLANNING At this time members of the Board of County Commissioners were present to discuss COMMISSION the Regional Planning Commission.
