    PUBLIC HEARING - The Mayor announced that this was the time and place designated for the Board of Commissioners Assessment District of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada to meet and hear and consider any suggestions and objections No. 100-7 that may be made by parties in interest to the proposed improvement, or any matters relating thereto, in the proposed Street Improvement Assessment District No. 100-7 in said City, as provided in Emergency Ordinance No. 435, passed, adopted and approved the 25th day of October, 1950, and the notice prescribed therein. The Mayor then asked if any written objections, suggestions or comments concerning said District had been filed in the office of the City Clerk. The Chief Deputy City Clerk answered that no objections, suggestions or comments concerning said District had been filed in her office prior to said meeting and she filed a certificate with the Board of Commissioners to that effect. The Mayor then publicly asked if anyone desired to make any objection, suggestion or comment, or raise any question, concerning said District. No such objection, suggestion, comment or question was made or raised. The Mayor thereupon publicly announced that no objection, suggestion, comment or question had been made or raised, written or otherwise, by any party in interest, or otherwise, to the proposed improvement, or any matters relating thereto, in the proposed Street Improvement Dis­trict No. 100-7 in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada. Thereupon, Commissioner Moore moved the City Attorney be directed to prepare an ordinance creating said District and to take such steps as were necessary to effectuate the provisions of said Emergency Ordinance No. 435, passed, adopted and approved the 25th day of October, 1950. Commissioner Peccole then duly seconded the motion. The roll was called with the following result: Those voting "Aye": Commissioner Bunker Commissioner Moore Commissioner Peccole Commissioner Whipple Mayor Cragin Those voting "Nay": None PUBLIC HEARING - The Mayor announced that this was the time and place designated for the Board of Commissioners Assessment District of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, to meet and hear and consider any suggestions and objections No. 200-1 that may be made by parties in interest to the proposed improvements, or any matters relating thereto, in the proposed Sewer Improvement Assessment District No. 200-1 in said City as pro­vided in Emergency Ordinance No. 436, passed, adopted and approved the 25th day of October, 1950, and the notice prescribed therein. The Mayor then asked if any written objections, suggestions or comments concerning said District had been filed in the office of the City Clerk. The Chief Deputy City Clerk answered that no objections, suggestion or comments concerning said District had been filed in her office prior to said meeting and she filed a certificate with the Board of Commissioners to that effect. Commissioner Whipple then duly seconded the motion.
