NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas is in receipt of several certified copies of maps re- zoning the following described property from "RE" Residence Estate to the "R1" Single Family Zones, to-wit: NW¼ of Section 29, Township 20 South, Range 61E, MDB & M That the Board of Commissioners of said City will hold a public hearing on the rezoning of said properties at a meeting to be held on the 26th day of June, 1950, at 3:30 P.M. of that date, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, on Stewart Avenue, at. the corner of North 5th Street, in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, and after such public hearing at such meeting, will consider for adoption the above mentioned changes as adopted by the Regional Planning Commission. s/ Shirley Ballinger_________ City Clerk (SEAL) Thereafter His Honor asked if there were any present who wished to object to this rezoning. There being no one present who object, Commissioner Moore moved the recommendation of the Regional Planning Commission that the NW¼ of Section 29, T 20 S., R 61 E be rezoned from. "RE" to ”R-1" be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye;noes, none. MARYLAND TRACT #2 Action on the Subdivision Map of Maryland Tract #2 was deferred until the regular meeting of the Board on July 7, 1950. There being no further business to come before this recessed special meeting, the meeting adjourned.
