    Las Vegas, Nevada May 19, 1950 A Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held this 19th day of May, 1950, was called to order at the hoar of 2:45 P.M. by His Honor Mayor E. W. Cragin with the following members present: Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple; City Manager E. W. Shelley and City Clerk Shirley Ballinger. Absent: City Attorney Howard W. Cannon and Commissioner Moore. PAYROLL WARRANTS Commissioner Whipple moved Payroll Warrants Nos. 1126 to 1128 inclusive in the net sum of $25,122.00 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Moore. RECESS At this time the meeting recessed to meet with the members of the Tavern Owners Association. The meeting reconvened at the hour of 3:15 P.M. with all members present as of the opening session and Commissioner Moore and City Attorney Howard W. Cannon also present. PUBLIC HEARING - This being the time set for public hearing on the Assessment Roll prepared by Assessment Roll-#8-1950 the Assessor on Assessment District #200-1, Sewer Improvement in Boulder Boulder Dam Homesite Dam Homesite Addition, His Honor read the notion of hearing. Sewer Thereafter, His Honor asked if there were any present who wished to object to this improvement. There being no one who objected to this Assessment District, Commissioner Peccole moved that the following Assessment Roll #8-1950 be approved.
