CIGARETTE LICENSE Commissioner Peccole moved the application of J. J. Coon, Anchor Cafe, 1202 South Main and Josephine Parrish, Topper's Kitchen, 419 South 5th for licenses for the Re- tail Sale of Cigarette and Tobacco Products be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Pecoole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Bunker and Moore. THE TAVERN — Commissioner Whipple moved the report of the Police Department on Vivian L. Swick, Liquor License The Tavern, 123 South 2nd, applicant for a Retail Tavern Liquor License be ordered file and the license issued. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting eye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Bunker, and Moore. LIQUOR APPLICATIONS Commissioner Peccole moved the application of Ben Kasson, Spic 'p Span, 931 Fremont Change of Operator for a Retail Restaurant Beverage license for the second quarter of 1950 be granted, subject to the investigation of the Police Department. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Bunker and Moore. LIQUOR APPLICATIONS Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Floyd Cope, 610 South 5th Street New for a Sealed Package Minature liquor license and Harvey Jones, Westside Shopping Center, 1315 Jackson for a Sealed Package Minature liquor license be denied. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Bunker and Moore.
