Arnold, Stoney’s, 128 South 1st Street for a Pawnshop license be granted. Wells to have their new partners names, Albert Jensen and Syl Degregorio on the liquor license issued to the Tivoli Tavern, 126 North 1st Street, be approved. ORDINANCE NO. 405 An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 350 OF THE CITY OF Gaming LAS VEGAS, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT GAMING AND OPERATION OF SLOT MACHINES IN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A LICENSE THEREFOR; REGULATING THE SAME; FIX- ING THE AMOUNT OF LICENSE FEES; PROVIDING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF; REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS. 77, 82, 88, 103, 115, 165, 245, 271, 287 and 319, AND ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND ALL OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO." Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. CARL WOODBERRY ARREST Commissioner Moore moved that the matter of the arrest of Carl Woodberry by the Police Department be referred to the Civil Service Board for investigation and report to the Board of Commissioners.
