    Commissioner Bunker moved the letter from Milton Keefer regarding the leasing of land for the Las Vegas Skeet Club be referred to the Regional Planning Commission for recommendation. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the tentative map of El Centro Subdivision as recommended by the Regional Planning Commission in their letter of February 17, 1950 be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the Notice and Demand of Marie Coleman for $5,035.00 and the letter of Mrs. M. De Witt regarding injuries received on February 9, 1950 be referred to the City Attorney for recommendation. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Peccole moved the letter of Irving I. Gelsin, Dan Dee Bar, 203 North 1st inform­ing the Board that Allan Gordon is now in partnership with him be referred to the Police De­partment for investigation and report. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Moore moved the application of M. C. Kress, State Cafe, 20 Fremont for the renewal of 3 slot machines be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the following applications for additional gaming license for the 1st quarter of 1950 be granted: BOULDER CLUB A. H. Commissioner Peccole moved the application of Vivian L. Swick, The Tavern and Wilson and Warneke, L & W Cafe for liquor licenses be referred to the Police Department for investi­gation and report. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE AUTHORIZATION AND ISSUANCE OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS 14th STREET SANITARY SEWER BONDS IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $19,213.74 TO COVER CERTAIN UNPAID ASSESSMENTS HERETOFORE LEVIED AND CONFIRMED BY THE BOARD OF COMMIS­SIONERS OF THE CITY OF US VEGAS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING FOR THE WORK OF MAKING IMPROV- MENTS IN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS BY INSTALLING A SANITARY SEWER IN CERTAIN STREETS AND PORTIONS OF STREETS IN SAID CITY AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT AS CREATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 383, AND TO ISSUE AND SELL THE BONDS OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS THEREFOR, SAID BONDS TO BE KNOWN AS 14TH STREET SANITARY SEWER BONDS AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE SAID UNPAID ASSESSMENT BY DIVIDING THE SAME INTO TEN (10) ANNUAL INSTALL­MENTS AND PLACING SAID INSTALLMENTS ON THE TAX ROLL OF CLARK COUNTY AND COLLECTING THE SAME IN THE SAME MANNER AS STATE AND COUNTY TAXES ARE COLLECTED BY LAW, AND OTHER MATTERS RELAT­ING THERETO, was reported on favorably by Commissioners Moore and Whipple with the amend­ment that it be "14th Street City Addition" instead of "14th Street Addition”. Thereafter the foregoing ordinance be adopted as amended.
