    464 Commissioner Peccole moved that the above entitled ordinance be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. RECOMMENDATION OF CITY Commissioner Moore moved the recommendation of the City Manager dated September 7, 1949 MANAGER with reference to certain departments in the City, that in the interest of economy the Board accept this recommendation of the City Manager and instruct him to follow out this recommendation as of now. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Peccole and Moore voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple and His Honor passed their votes. There being ho further business to come before the meeting at this time Commissioner Bunker moved this meeting adjourn until September 22, 1949 at the hour of 3:00 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Treem A Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held this 7th day of September, 1949* was called to order at the hour of 10:15 P.M. by His Honor Mayor E. W. Cragin with the following members present: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple; Acting City Manager George 0. Treem and City Attorney Howard W. Cannon. Absent: City Clerk Shirley Ballinger. WILDCAT LAiR NURSERY Commissioner Whipple moved that it be ordered that Mrs. Grace Pracejus be notified that it is the intention of the City of Las Vegas to take full possession of the Wildcat Lair building and she be notified that we expect her to vacate by January ,* 1950, provided her account with the City is paid in full within a thirty day period and kept current. If her account is not paid in full within thirty days, then she must vacate at the end of the thirty day period.
