    454 Las Vegas, Nevada September 7, 1949 The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, met in regular session pursuant to due legal notice and call, at the regular meeting place of said Board in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Wednesday, the 7th day of September, 1949, at the hour of 3:20 o'clock P.M. The following members of the Board of Commissioners were present: Mayor: E. W. Cragin Commissioners: Wendell Bunker Robert T. Moore William Peccole Reed Whipple Also Present: City Attorney Howard W. Cannon Acting City Manager George 0. Treem City Clerk Shirley Ballinger Absent: None The meeting was called to order by the Mayor. Thereupon, the following proceedings, among others, were had and taken, to-wit: PAYROLL WARRANTS Commissioner Whipple moved that Payroll Warrants Nos. 1068, 1072 to 1074 inclusive in the net sum of $26,424.39 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. $350,000 SEWER BONDS His Honor stated that there had been published in full compliance with law a notice Series July 1, 1949 advertising for sale $350,000 general obligation Sewage Disposal Bonds, Series of July 1, 1949, such notice of sale being as follows:________ His Honor, the Mayor, stated that this was the time and place designated in such
