APPLICATION FOR At this time a letter of application for municipal judge was received from Samuel MUNICIPAL/JUDGE J. Gordon. This letter was ordered filed. ORDINANCE - Auctioneers Commissioner Baskin moved that the City Attorney be directed to prepare and submit To be prepared by City to the Board a new ordinance relative to auctioneers. Attorney Motion seconded by Commissioner Clark and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Moore and Whipple. CONDEMNATION CASE Commissioner Baskin moved that the City Attorney be directed to dismiss the case of Edwin J. Miller the City of Las Vegas vs Edwin J. Miller for the condemnation of property located Ordered Dismissed along Rancho Road. Motion seconded by Commissioner Clark and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Moore and Whipple.
