PURCHASE OF TRACTOR Commissioner Whipple moved that purchase procedure be waived and the city Manager be authorized AND SCRAPER to purchase an International Industrial Tractor with scraper and bulldozer attachment at a cost of $1680.00. PURCHASE OF MOTOR Commissioner Baskin moved that purchase procedure be waived and the City Manager be authorized to negotiate with James Cashman on the purchase of a used motor patrol priced at $2,000.00 and one or more of discarded motor patrols owned by the City be turned in as part payment.
