THEREUPON, by unanimous consent of the entire Board of Commissioners, the proposed Ordinance was read aloud in its entirety, and is as follows: EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 353 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND PUBLIC SALE BY THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS OF ITS NEGOTIABLE COUPON BONDS IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($350,000) TO FINANCE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT AS PART OF AND IN CONNECTION WITH THE SEWERAGE SYSTEM OF SAID CITY; PRESCRIBING THE TERMS THEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF AN ANNUAL TAX THEREFOR.
