188 TAVERN LICENSE Commissioner Baskin moved that the application of Andrew Finaly for Turf Saloon a retail tavern license at the Turf Saloon, 203 N. 1st Street be held in abeyance until further investigation can be made. Motion seconded by Commissioner Clark and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. RETAIL RESTAURANT Commissioner Clark moved that the application of Nevada Pray for a BEVERAGE APPLICATION retail restaurant beverage license at Cutright's Cafe, 1519 S. Main Street be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Baskin and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. PINBALL MACHINES Commissioner Whipple moved that the matter of the operation of pinball machines in the City of Las Vegas be referred to the City Manager for handling. Motion seconded by Commissioner Clark and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none.
