O'Neill write a letter negotiating for a deed to the land on which the Federal Sewage Treatment Plant is located. SIGNAL EQUIPMENT Commissioner Clark moved that purchase procedure be waived for Purchase the purchase of signal controls and equipment in the amount of $981.60. Said committed stated that they were not ready to report on this ordinance at this meeting.
