December 31, 1943 Las Vegas, Nevada CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING TO HELEN SCOTT REED, CITY CLERK LAS VEGAS, NEVADA A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas is hereby called to be held in the Commissioner's Room in the War Memorial Building on Friday, December 31st, 1943 at the hour of 10:30 A. M., to act upon the following business: 1. Officially install City Manager. 2. Act on Gaming and liquor applications. NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO: E. W. Cragin and to Pat Clark, A.
